Coffee recipes to die for! This fluffy recipe can be done very quickly and deserves to be on every coffee table. Muffins are considered our favorite cake’s little sisters, and like all of our recipes, great for coffee specialties.
The small muffins must not become too dry, a damp slush is their trademark. One can decorate them with all kinds of toppings, whether it is fruity, sweet or even hearty, the imagination has no limits. The outcome is simply fantastic – rising into elite “cup cakes”.

Ingredients
- 1.25 cups flour
- 0.75 cups of sugar
- 2 tsp of baking soda
- 2 shots (~2 fl. oz / ~60ml), e.g. Artuzzi Roma Espresso
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 0.5 cups of butter
- 2 eggs
- 6 and 3/4 fl. oz (~200ml) of milk
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 0.4 cup of chocolate chips
Directions
➊ Dissolve the butter in a small saucepan and then mix it with eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon and espresso in a bowl.
➋ Mix the flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar in a bowl and stir. Pour in the egg mass. Then fill the dough into 24 buttered muffin molds and bake for 20 minutes at 300 ° F / 150 ° C in a preheated oven.
